James, based in Summertown, has led a long and distinguished career as an estate agent in Oxford. He brings 23 years of estate agency experience to Penny & Sinclair, having founded the firm in May 2009. James oversees the firm’s operations and ensures that exceptional customer service remains the hallmark of its reputation.
Based in Oxford City, and with over 20 years estate agency experience in Oxford, Oliver has an unparalleled understanding of the Oxford property market and heads up Penny & Sinclair’s City office. Oliver has built a strong reputation in the Oxford residential market for his educated, realistic and accurate advice. He acts for several institutions and has an excellent knowledge of the property investment market.
James, based and raised in Henley, brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in running successful and market leading offices across Oxfordshire. James has spent the last four years working in Henley itself and he has a deep understanding of the local market. James will ensure you receive the very best advice, and outstanding customer service.
Emma, based in Burford, started her career in estate agency over 20 years ago working for a large independent in Central London. She is very experienced in all areas of residential sales in particular dealing with leases/extensions and investments. Emma joins our Burford Team as Associate Director & Head of Office and is building strong relationships within the community.
Rob, based in Oxford City and originally from Devon, served 12 years in the RAF. He spent the next 17 years working in the property industry locally before joining Penny & Sinclair. Rob is a well-structured and organised person with the ability to foresee problems and deal with them effectively.
Julia has been with Penny & Sinclair in Summertown since 2011 and brings a warm, professional approach to vendors and purchasers. She takes time to listen and understand the requirements of both in order to give excellent customer service.
Lizanne, based in Summertown, has a strong understanding of the Oxford property market and has helped to develop Penny & Sinclair’s reputation for excellent customer service, by consistently going to great lengths for her clients and recognising the value of properties as homes, as well as financial assets.
Stephen, based in Summertown, joined Penny & Sinclair in 2012 and brings with him over twenty years estate agency experience. James and Oliver have known Stephen since the early 1990's. Stephen heads the Country Department and has in an depth knowledge of Oxfordshire village and country property.
Senior Sales Negotiator
Angie, based in Oxford City, joined the company at the start of 2012 and brought with her a wealth of experience, gained through a rich background in entrepreneurial ventures. She is an invaluable member of the team and works extremely hard to achieve the very best for her clients. Her passion and commitment enhances Penny & Sinclair’s exceptional customer service.
Kate, based in Summertown, joined Penny & Sinclair in January 2014 and brings with her over 15 years experience in the Oxfordshire property market. Kate's focus is ensuring Penny & Sinclair provide the best possible service to buyers and sellers alike whilst helping the business grow as one of Oxfordshire’s leading independent estate agents.
Sarah, based in Burford, has worked at both our Oxford and Burford Offices and is an integral part of the Sales Team. Working closely with our purchasers and vendors her local knowledge is invaluable.
Head of Lettings
Lucy, based in the City Office, is a highly experienced lettings manager having worked in the lettings industry, both residential and corporate lettings since 2004. Lucy adopts a friendly, practical and flexible approach in her dealings with clients.
Head of Property Management
John, based in Oxford City, has been working in the Lettings and Property Management sector for the last 12 years. His passion is Property Management and its' rewards and challenges. John's approach is to exceed Landlords and tenants expectations, and his objective is teamwork and providing excellent customer service.
Victoria, based in Summertown, joined Penny & Sinclair in 2011. With over eight years’ lettings experience in Oxford she has substantial knowledge of landlords’ priorities and obligations. Victoria ensures that landlords understand and adhere to all current legislation before and during a tenancy, providing peace of mind to both landlord and tenant.
Charlotte, based in Henley, has been a lettings Manager locally for the last 8 years following 12 successful years in London. Charlotte is passionate about the property industry and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring she always provides a top-class service. She has an in-depth understanding of the lettings industry, including tenancy law, property management and general lettings practice.
Chelsea, based in Summertown, joined Penny & Sinclair in 2015 as a Letting Administrator and has since moved roles to Letting Negotiator. With experience in both administrative and customer service roles, Chelsea brings a friendly and helpful approach.
Yasmin, based in Burford, has 4 years experience in the local lettings market including working in Cirencester and Burford. Yasmin looks after our extensive portfolio of existing landlords and properties and ensures our tenants and clients alike receive first class service. Raised and educated locally she is very well connected with our area.
Nicola based in Summertown Office, joined in 2014 and has several years of experience, along with an extensive knowledge of the Oxford Sales and rental market. Nicolas main objective is teamwork and providing excellent customer service.
Senior Letting Negotiator
Helen, based in Oxford City, joined Penny and Sinclair in 2012. Originally based in Summertown she moved to join the lettings team in Oxford City in 2014. In this time she has developed an in depth knowledge of both the Oxford market and lettings industry as a whole. Helen brings a keen eye for detail and a dedication to giving excellent service to all that she does.
Kate is based in the City office and joined the company in April 2016. Kate brings with her several valuable years of customer service and administrative experience and is very efficient, friendly and approachable. Kate works within our Property Management department where she is available to help both landlords and tenants with any queries or problems.
Vanessa is an exceptionally focused, hard working, thorough, detail orientated, Property Manager who has, since joining, built an excellent rapport with her Clients
Short Let Manager
Sammie, based in Oxford City, runs our Short Let Department. She gained a degree in Real Estate at the University of the West of England before beginning a career in the lettings property market. She has worked with Penny & Sinclair since its inception and notably worked with James for many years prior.
Short Let Specialist
Carie Ann, based in Oxford City, joined the short let team in 2016 with 7 years’ experience in the short let market, moving from another local agent. Her job role includes being point of contact for Short let guests & owners, and the co-ordination of all maintenance works and contractors.
Short Let Assistant
Zoe, based in Oxford City, joined Penny & Sinclair in March 2015. She brings with her several years of experience in administrative roles and knowledge in customer service. Zoe assists with the Short Let bookings and property management. Her approach is always friendly and efficent in answering client queries.
Property Management Assistant
Georgia, based in the Oxford City office and joined the company in October 2016. Previously starting out within the Accounts Department she moved over to the Property Management Team at the start of the New Year where she brings strong organisational, administrative and customer service skills. She is always on hand to answer any queries from tenants and landlords
Kirsty, based in Oxford City, joined the company in early 2016. She brings several years of experience with her and is always available to answer both buyers and sellers enquires. Her strong administrative skills help ensure the office runs smoothly at all times.
Libby, based in Henley, was inspired to join the property industry after buying her first home. She has enjoyed a successful career working for various property agents as a sales negotiator in both Oxfordshire & Berkshire. Henley is Libby's home town and she brings with her extensive knowledge on the local area.
