DESCRIPTION An impressive 19th century barn conversion set in mature part walled gardens in this charming Cotswold village.
Entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen/breakfast room, cloakroom, master bedroom suite, 3 further bedrooms, bathroom.
Part walled gardens, double garage, driveway providing parking.

Located in this delightful village setting, Dovecote Barn is an attractive 19th century barn sympathetically converted about 20 years ago. Recently updated and complemented by walled gardens to the front and rear, the property is a perfect family house or an appealing Cotswold weekend retreat/second home. In addition, the property offers the potential to extend further and has previously had planning permission granted (2008 now expired) for a single storey extension to the rear.

Arranged over two floors, the light and spacious accommodation provides a master bedroom suite, three further bedrooms, a family bathroom, a large landing with floor to ceiling windows and study area, and spacious ground floor accommodation. Arranged off the entrance hall with attractive stone flooring are the cloakroom and kitchen/dining room with a range of fitted cupboards, a washing machine/dryer and a 'Stoves' range style oven with gas hob and double oven. Of particular note is the sitting room, a spacious room with the attractive feature of a large stone fireplace with wood burning stove and an abundance of natural light from floor to ceiling windows to the front and doors to the garden at the rear.

The property is approached via a shared driveway which leads to the double garage and to ample parking space in front of the house. Providing a lovely setting, the part walled gardens lie to the front and rear of the house and are principally laid to lawn with mature well stocked borders, shrubs and trees. A terrace leads off the house at the rear with access from the kitchen and sitting room and provides an attractive alfresco dining area overlooking the garden.
