Staying in a short let property
Whether you are visiting Oxford for business or pleasure, you can relax and feel a part of Oxford City in one of our Short Let properties in and around the city centre. From as little as 3 nights, you can enjoy the freedom, space and comfort associated with our self-catering accommodation.
We have a large portfolio of properties to suit most budgets, all of which are fully equipped with items such as linens, towels, kitchenware and electrical items, all you need is your luggage! Penny & Sinclair use Airbnb to host the majority of our Short Let properties.
Our accommodation offers flexible, independent living and is more cost effective than hotels. Our dedicated Short Let team is on hand should you have any questions before, after or during your stay and also offers an emergency out of hours number for our staying guests.
Booking Fees
There is a £60.00 booking fee for each booking, and a £30.00 extension fee.
When booking directly though Penny & Sinclair a security deposit will be requested and will be held by Penny & Sinclair in a secure client account. Upon checking out of the property if any deductions are necessary they will be discussed with you prior to the return of your deposit. When booking through Airbnb an authorisation hold for the security deposit may be made against your payment method by Airbnb.
All Check In and Check Out times within office hours will be included within the price of the holiday let. Our office hours are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Friday: 9.00am - 4.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 3.00pm
If Check In or Check Out is required out of these hours the guest will be liable to incur the following charges:
Monday - Thursday:
after 5.30pm £25.00 per hour
Friday:
after 4.30pm £25.00 per hour
Saturday:
after 3.00pm £25.00 per hour
Sunday:
£25.00 between 9.00am and 6.00pm – before 9.00am and after 6.00pm an extra £25.00 per hour
Bank Holiday:
£50.00 between 10.00am - 5.00pm – before 10.00am and after 5.00pm an extra £25.00 per hour
Check In and Check Out appointments between 18th December and 2nd January, will incur a £25.00 fee, between 9.00am - 6.00pm, and before 9.00am and after 6.00pm an extra £25.00 per hour.
Check In and Check Out appointments on December 24th / 25th / 26th / 31st and January 1st, will incur a £50 fee, between 10.00am - 5.00pm and before 10.00am and after 5.00pm an extra £25.00 per hour.
Rentals commence, unless otherwise arranged with the agent, at 3.00pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00am on the day of departure. Any departure after this time, unless previously agreed, will incur a late departure surcharge of £45.00.
An extra charge of £25.00 will be payable for any aborted appointments.
